$300,000 of prizes on offer for the Raine & Horne Network to win as part of 2022 internal incentive campaign
Superbrand Raine & Horne has doubled down on its internal incentive campaign in 2022 with a total prize pool of almost $300,000 while expanding the prize pool to 450 members of the network up from 300 last year.
Mr Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne, said, "In 2022, 50% more property managers, new talent, and star sales agents will be in the running to win prizes to the value of $300,000 for their hard work and commitment to the Raine & Horne brand.”
Raine & Horne runs an annual internal incentive program to reward its staff members for their hard work and continued support for the network. This year, the ‘Good as Gold’ campaign will offer monthly winners’ vouchers from some of the world's most recognisable consumer brands.
"After the success of the 2021 'Good Stuff' internal incentive campaign, and to acknowledge the resilience of our hardworking group over the last two challenging years, we felt that expanding the Good as Gold campaign was one way of saying thank you," said Mr Raine.
"With 50% more members sales, property management and administrative staff in the running to win prizes, the Good as Gold campaign will bring even more enthusiasm, impact, culture, teamwork, and participation around the incentives to be won, especially with the hero prize, tickets to Hamilton Island for our National Conference up for grabs."
Mr Raine continued, "We want to encourage performance and engagement above and beyond the 'day job' of our network’s members. This campaign will also recognise those with broader involvement and commitment to the brand and increased engagement in all areas of our products, such as industry-first social media marketing platform Amplify and our innovative online appraisal platform, Digikit.
"Our incentive programs are also designed to enhance and build the culture of our business, our recruitment and retention strategies that make us stand out in the marketplace as being a company that rewards all staff, from the super sales agent to the junior property manager."
Gold rush for good work
Sales agents will be eligible to win monthly prizes based on 'number of sales', 'sales dollar value', and their engagement with Raine & Horne's market-leading suite of products, including Amplify and DigiKit CompassPlus, Process Plus and DesignPlus.
As part of the Good as Gold campaign, Raine & Horne is launching Feel-Good Friday, where all the 'gold is won." As part of the Feel-Good Friday action, Mr Raine will draw the winners from the Good as Gold barrel on the first Friday of every month, and winners will be able to choose a voucher in their category. These categories include Top Agent $ Value, Top Agents Number of Sales, Product Engagement, Top Property Manager and Rising Star/Outstanding Administrator.
