- Marketing young gun launches Raine & Horne Robina/Mudgeeraba
Raine & Horne, a leader in the Australasian real estate industry for 140 years, is delighted to announce the launch of Raine & Horne Robina/Mudgeeraba today.
Ms Jasmin Turpin, a dynamic and accomplished sales agent and marketing expert, leads the newest office of the renowned super brand in Queensland.
The recent University of Queensland marketing graduate, aged 24, has teamed up with experienced real estate experts, Jason and Jacqui Read. Mr and Mrs Read are the co-principals of the thriving Gold Coast real estate businesses Raine & Horne Coomera and Raine & Horne Nerang.
Expanding presence and enhancing services in southern Gold Coast
According to Ms Turpin, the immediate goals of Raine & Horne Robina/Mudgeeraba include building and growing the rent roll and delivering innovative sales and marketing strategies such as the super brand’s pioneering AI-powered marketing platform, Amplify.
“Our values are hungry, humble, and smart. We’re committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and creating positive experiences,” Ms Turpin stated.
Ms Turpin explained that establishing a business focused on Robina and Mudgeeraba, located at the southern end of the Gold Coast, would substantially expand Raine & Horne’s footprint in the region.
“With Coomera, just 35 minutes to the north, and Nerang, positioned roughly at the centre of the Gold Coast, these three offices will be conveniently accessible to each other while also enabling us to service an expanding footprint,” Ms Turpin added.
The trio of Ms Turpin and Mr and Mrs Read has acquired a pre-existing office from a different network, strategically situated at 1/4 Swan Lane in the centre of Mudgeeraba's delightful shopping village. The former owners, Murray and Diane Duthie, have chosen to remain with Raine & Horne Robina/Mudgeeraba.
“Apart from the Duthie's, the skilled team handling administration, sales, and property management, and currently overseeing a significant rent roll, will enable us to offer vendors, buyers, tenants, and landlords an uninterrupted business experience,” Ms Turpin said.
While Ms Turpin will be the face of Raine & Horne Robina/Mudgeeraba, Mrs Read’s extensive track record as a real estate principal across the Gold Coast, including an office in Mudgeeraba along with her proficiency in rent roll management, will be indispensable to the new office.
Ms Turpin noted, “Jacqui’s role will primarily involve bolstering our new office's operations and property management services in an area where she is well known. Even some of the rentals we inherited with this purchase Jacqui managed in the past, so it will be fun to be reacquainted with those landlords again.”
To further boost the new business’s property management goals, experienced Sue Daunt, the Business Development Manager at Raine & Horne Coomera, and Raine & Horne Nerang will join the team.
Ms Turpin continued, “Concurrently, I will spearhead the sales division, and Jason Read will provide essential support in steering the sales initiatives.
“Furthermore, the timing couldn’t be more opportune for the launch of this office. With interest rates seemingly having peaked, Jason and I anticipate an influx of listings this upcoming spring season.”
A homecoming fuelled by a passion for real estate
Ms Turpin’s passion for real estate is deeply rooted in her upbringing and experience in the real estate industry from a young age.
“I grew up in Mudgeeraba, went to Mudgeeraba Creek Primary School, and have a deep connection to the area,” she said.
“Launching this office is like coming home for me,” added Ms Turpin, whose initial foray into real estate occurred during her primary school years, where her earliest part-time roles encompassed tasks such as shredding paper, sticking stamps on envelopes and contributing to auction activities.
Now, with a degree in marketing and a keen focus on social media, Ms Turpin is set to make a mark as one of the youngest principals in the Mudgeeraba and Robina region. “Certainly, my primary focus lies in leveraging social media and digital marketing channels like Raine & Horne’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered Amplify to promote properties to a broader pool of potential buyers effectively.
“My commitment to urgency is exceptionally high, which positions our office as a beacon for speedier and superior service.”
