The newly established Raine & Horne Wellington Point will be spearheaded by experienced principal, Darren McCormack. This strategic expansion aligns with the brand's commitment to delivering high-quality real estate services within the City of Redland region.

Raine & Horne Wellington Point primed for expansion and recruitment
This expansion marks a pivotal shift for the Wellington Point office, previously operating under a different brand.
Mr McCormack, a resident of the area, shared, "After meticulous consideration and assessment, we opted to rebrand and unite with the Raine & Horne network, renowned for its robust structure and culture, support, and unwavering commitment to excellence."
He continued, "We aspire to be part of a growing brand that can aid us in attracting and retaining top-tier staff. Recruitment has posed considerable challenges under our previous brand.
“Therefore, we are enthused to embark on a fresh recruitment drive under Raine & Horne Wellington Point, reinvigorating our business expansion.
"I should highlight our current positive standing as well, managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 90 properties. Our team adeptly handles property management and real estate sales," he emphasised.
With a weighty 27-year background in the real estate sector, after beginning his working career as a diesel mechanic after leaving school, Mr McCormack has previously led offices associated with other real estate brands, including multiple principal roles in Wellington Point.
According to Mr McCormack the transition to Raine & Horne is driven by the aspiration to be part of a brand that champions growth, innovation, and community involvement. An active Wellington Point resident, Mr McCormack, also exhibits exceptional support for the local community. In 2022, he played a key role in relaunching the Wellington Point Traders group, orchestrating a community Christmas party that was integrated into the Wellington Point Christmas Markets, drawing an impressive turnout of 5,000 to 7,000 attendees.
