Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North was a big winner at this week’s Raine & Horne National Awards, held at Sydney’s iconic Opera House, while a purple patch for commercial markets in Perth also helped land Raine & Horne Commercial WA a number of coveted gongs.

Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North was named Top Commercial Office (Dollar Value) for a fifth year in a row, with sales and leasing ace Hudson Dale grabbing first in the hotly-contested Top Commercial Salesperson (Leasing Dollar Value) and the equally competitive Top Commercial Salesperson (Number of Leasing Transactions) categories.

However the Brisbane office didn’t have it all its own way, with Raine & Horne Commercial WA’s Anthony Vulinovich grabbing the gongs as Top Commercial Salesperson (Sales Dollar Value) and Top Commercial Salesperson (Number of Sales).

“I was blown away to win this award given the calibre of some of the agents in the Raine & Horne Commercial network,” said Mr Vulinovich.

“It’s very satisfying to be recognised in this way but the award also acknowledges the dedicated hard work of all the team at Raine & Horne Commercial WA.”

The award also recognises the strength of Perth’s commercial property markets, and the industrial sector in particular, according to Mr Vulinovich.

“Today’s interest rates are exceptionally low and indicators seem to show that they will remain stable in the short term. Investors have decided that now is the time to invest in well located bricks and mortar, especially with the $1 billion Gateway WA Perth Airport and Freight Access Project in full swing,” said Mr Vulinovich.

“The Gateway Project is the largest infrastructure project ever undertaken by the WA government and involves a major upgrade to the road network surrounding Perth Airport and the freight and industrial hubs of Kewdale and Forrestfield.”

Other Raine & Horne Commercial winners included Steve Dick, Principal of Raine & Horne Newcastle, who grabbed gold in the Top Commercial Salesperson (Auction Listings) category.
