Marketing Administrative Coordinator

Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North is a highly awarded, market leader in commercial property and are currently seeking to appoint a Marketing Administrative Coordinator to support our sales and leasing team with the implementation of all marketing and advertising initiatives.
You will be responsible for coordinating the creation of formal proposals, presentations and marketing materials in a deadline-driven environment and have the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and external providers. We are seeking a person with a high level of administrative skills.
Duties include however are not limited to:
- Coordination and evaluation of advertising and marketing campaigns
- Preparation and completion of marketing proposals, submissions, Information Memorandums and cost schedules associated with marketing campaigns
- Website maintenance
- Coordinate the auction campaign process
- Liaison with necessary external marketing suppliers and resolve issues that may arise
- Assist in the development and implementation of the agency’s brand strategy
- Preparation and tracking of marketing invoices for vendor paid advertising
The skills and experience required to ensure success within this role include:
- 2-3 years experience within a marketing administration position in real estate will be highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Adobe suite experience is preferred– Indesign, Photoshop
- Experience with CRM software
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing mediums, content marketing, and social media marketing
- The ability to prioritise a varying workload with multiple deadlines and tight time frames
- Well presented with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to be self-sufficient with tasks
- A "can-do" attitude
