As a Commercial Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain hands-on experience in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

What you'll do: 

• Manage a portfolio of mixed use commercial, retail and industrial properties.
• Communicate directly with property owners and tenants.
• Conduct property inspections, and site visits. Co-ordinate maintenance requests, appoint and manage contractor works.
• Lease document management and compliance, negotiate Lease renewals and manage the compliance of tenant and Landlord obligations. 
• Support the team in financial management, including rent collection (arrears management) and annual outgoings budgets and reconciliations.

Requirements: 

• Current Real Estate registration or willing to obtain one.
• Previous 1 – 2 years experience in commercial property management or related fields is desirable 
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Familiarity with property management software and tools is a plus. 
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
