Toby Sopp

Toby is a qualified Asset Manager with over  23 years experience in Commercial Property Asset Management.

As a former Associate Director with CB Richard Ellis, Toby has managed both their Gold Coast and central Brisbane departments as well as performing a role with ING Real Estate as General Manager for Brisbane.

Prior to joining Raine & Horne Commercial Toby was commissioned by Nielson Properties to establish an in house management department and commission Santos Place, Australia's largest 6 Green Star office building from final development stages thought to sale.

Toby has had extensive experience across the Commercial, Industrial and Retail sectors of the market with clients such as DB Reef, AXXA, Macquarie Bank, Valad and GE Real Estate.
