• Completed or in the process of completing the required Real Estate Salesperson Registration Course
• Strong will to succeed and to be the best they can be
• Honesty, integrity and reliability at all times
• Demonstrated resilience and a really positive, 'can-do' attitude
• Willingness to become an industry leader by learning all aspects of commercial and industrial property
• Proven excellent teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
