We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic person to join our busy team, assisting the two directors with a wide range of tasks relating to listing and transacting commercial property including marketing preparation, presenting to prospective clients, assisting buyers, tenants & their consultants with enquiries and inspections and more.

The position involves assisting the directors to:

• Identify & secure new opportunities
• Prepare submissions
• Liaise with and report to clients
• Coordinate property marketing
• Conduct inspections with buyers, tenants, valuers and consultants  
• Work in the industrial, development site, office & retail sectors

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Enthusiasm and a drive to succeed
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Vehicle & driver’s license
• Experience in commercial or residential agency preferred
