With a strong background in real estate, leadership and product development and training, Tim committed to driving innovation and excellence across all aspects of the company’s product offerings and professional development programs.

Tim has been a dedicated member of the Raine & Horne family for many years. He began his journey at our Marrickville office in Sydney's vibrant Inner West before stepping up to the corporate team in 2022. Initially, Tim thrived as a Product Engagement Specialist, where he supported our residential offices in NSW and our commercial network across Australia.

In June 2024, Tim embraced an exciting new challenge as the Head of Products & Training for Raine & Horne. In this pivotal role, Tim oversees the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of products that empower Raine & Horne's teams to excel in a competitive real estate market. He is also responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge training initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the entire workforce.
