Leading real estate group Raine & Horne is delighted to announce the addition of award-winning Lochlan Grahame to its corporate team as NSW Growth Manager.

Mr Grahame is the eighth significant appointment made by Raine & Horne so far in 2023, and he will further reinforce the Corporate ranks in support of the growing number of offices joining the network.

In his role, Mr Grahame will play a crucial role in finding and onboarding new franchisees to further expand the Raine & Horne network in NSW/ACT.

With over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr Grahame brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new position. His journey in real estate began in sales and gradually transitioned to business development with several leading independent offices in Sydney's Inner West, as well as award winning Raine & Horne Concord led by high profile principal Paul Pettenon.

Mr Grahame's career journey has also been marked by his exceptional dedication and remarkable achievements, culminating in his recognition as the REINSW Awards for Excellence Business Development Manager of the Year in 2022.

Having successfully managed teams of business developers and leasing agents, as well as excelling in securing new business opportunities, Mr Grahame's extensive network and industry insights are valuable assets that he brings to his role with Raine & Horne.

Mr Grahame shared his journey from an aspiring junior golfer to an accomplished BDM and now a part of the Raine & Horne family.

"Real estate has always fascinated me. I initially aspired to be a professional golfer whilst in High School, but my career path led me to real estate, where I found my passion,” he said.

“Joining Raine & Horne gives me the opportunity to have a broader impact on the industry outside the Inner West and continue my journey on a state and national level."

Mr Grahame’s expertise in recruiting and onboarding new offices and individuals will be instrumental in driving Raine & Horne's growth strategy in New South Wales and beyond.

“I want to meet and help as many people as I can on their journey to either opening up their own office or rebranding to the industry leading Raine & Horne network that has a vast amount of support, technology and products behind it.”
