Duarte Figueira is a highly experienced commercial property agent and is a director of Industrial Sales & Leasing for Raine & Horne Commercial Parramatta. 

Duarte commenced his real estate career in 1984, going on to hold Associate Director and Director positions with a number of big-name commercial real estate firms, before founding Raine & Horne Commercial Olympic Park in 2010.

Duarte has extensive experience in marketing property, value adding, lease packaging, and identifications of sites for 'Design and Construct' on the behalf of major clients and lessees. 

With 25 years of experience transacting commercial and industrial property across Sydney, Duarte knows what its takes to sell and lease a variety of large commercial and industrial transactions. 

In addition, Duarte has been regularly appointed to represent sell and professionally market industrial and commercial property on behalf of numerous corporations, institutions and government agencies. 

Duarte was also winner of the prestigious Dexus Excellence in Leasing (Leasing Transaction of the year) Award in 2005.
