Chloe joined the Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith team in September 2024 as an Asset Manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Chloe has been a part of the real estate industry since 2020. Her experience spans various aspects of the property market, and as a licensed agent, she has developed a sharp understanding of the complexities of commercial real estate.

Before joining the real estate industry, Chloe spent five years working in banking, where she gained valuable experience in collections and trust accounts. This background has equipped her with a strong financial acumen and attention to detail, which she applies to her role as an Asset Manager.

Chloe's intimate knowledge of the Penrith and Blue Mountains area, where she grew up, gives her a unique perspective on the local market and enhances her ability to meet clients' needs
