Judy Dewar

Judy is a highly experienced Shopping Centre Manager with a long-standing career that began in 1984. Having managed several centres across Queensland, Judy's expertise and dedication led her to establish her own successful centre management business in 1998.

In June 2016, Judy made the decision to sell her business to Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith. Judy continues to excel in her role as the Centre Manager at Beerwah Village and Marketplace. Additionally, she takes on the responsibility of retail leasing for the centres we manage in Queensland.

Judy's extensive experience includes overseeing redevelopment projects and coordinating leasing campaigns at The Gap Village and Beerwah Village and Marketplace. Her profound knowledge of the Queensland shopping centre market is a tremendous asset to our company.

With her status as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Judy upholds the professional standards required in the industry. Her wealth of experience and expertise contribute to the success of the centres under her management.
