Philip is a seasoned asset management professional who embarked on his commercial real estate journey in 2003. With a wealth of experience Philip has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of properties throughout his career. Recently appointed as the Head of our Asset Management Department Philip spearheads the entire team and ensures the highest standards are upheld by implementing effective policies and procedures.

As an expert in his field Philip oversees a comprehensive portfolio encompassing commercial, industrial and retail properties throughout Penrith, the Hawkesbury and Macarthur regions. His extensive background in commercial and retail facilities management has earned him a well-deserved reputation for providing exceptional customer care. With his guidance clients can expect assistance with operational and capital expenditure budgeting as well as valuable insights into areas such as large-scale project management and sustainability.

Philip's skill set is truly impressive encompassing a wide range of expertise. From HVAC and hydraulics systems to electrical, plumbing and building services he possesses an in-depth understanding of various disciplines. His ability to liaise effortlessly with contractors and clients, regardless of project size, is a testament to his confidence and professionalism.

With over two decades of experience under his belt Philip brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. His systematic approach to his role ensures that every aspect of asset management is meticulously handled guaranteeing optimal results for our clients. Philip is a licensed real estate agent holding a Diploma in Business (Real Estate) Management and a Diploma in Operations and Facilities.
