David Ente has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1988 enjoying a successful period in residential sales up to 1997 before changing to the challenging and rewarding Commercial and Industrial sector.

David is a registered manager/agent, registered Auctioneer, Director/Principal of Raine & Horne Commercial SA, The current Chair of the Commercial and Industrial Committee of the Real Estate Institute of SA  and offers vast expertise in the marketing and sale and leasing of commercial office buildings, shopping centres, industrial property, retail investments, development sites, residential apartment blocks and subdivisions.

He is also experienced in negotiating with organisations of all sizes, local, state and federal government agencies and various enterprises, both profit and non for profit organisations such as aged care providers, church based enterprises, public and private companies and interest groups.
