David Burford – Sale Lease & Pharmacy Broker

David Burford has been in the Property Industry since 1987 when he joined Coles Myer Ltd (now Wesfarmers) as a Construction Supervisor. David spent 13 years with the group moving into various roles with Coles and Kmart and finally taking up the Property Leasing role for the Coles Myer group for SA and NT.

In 2001 David took up a role as Development Manager for a Darwin based retail and hospitality developer. After a successful period based in Darwin, David returned to Adelaide and took up the role of National Property Development Manager for Bridgestone Australia.

Following four years with Bridgestone, David took up the role of Network Development Manager for Priceline Pharmacies (a division of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries). After four years at Priceline, David took up the role of Manager Tenant Advisory Services at McGees Property.

David is a Registered Manager / Agent and a Licensed General Builder in South Australia. Specialising in providing advice to tenants, in particular those in the Pharmacy industry, David also assists Pharmacy owners with the sale of their business. With an excellent understanding of the Pharmacy Location and Ownership Rules David has assisted many Pharmacy owners with the establishment of new PBS Approved Pharmacies and the relocation of existing Pharmacies.
