Susan has over 18 years of experience in property management and has been in commercial management since 2012. Prior to commercial property management, Susan has been exposed to several managerial roles, shaping her to become a strategic thinker and a forward planner.

Susan has also attained her Certificate IV in Sales Representative and previously worked in hospitality, health, and administrative roles. Her key strength is problem-solving and building effective communication to ensure proper management for both tenants and landlords.

Originally from the country, Susan enjoys playing tennis, outdoor activities, and visiting friends and family interstate/country.
