The team at Raine & Horne Commercial WA has reasserted its position as one of the most successful commercial real estate firms in Western Australia by winning a major industry gong in August[i].

One of the firm’s directors, Terry Menage was honoured with the title of Top Salesperson by Value of Commercial Listings Sold by the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA), the peak body for real estate in WA.

Over 900 real estate professionals attended the event, which was held at Crown Perth. REIWA CEO Cath Hart said the awards honoured the state’s best performing agents and agencies across residential and commercial sales and leasing for the 2022-23 financial year.

Terry Menage expressed his gratitude for the recognition, attributing the accomplishment to the collaborative efforts of the Raine & Horne Commercial WA team. He highlighted his close partnership with Matt Edwards and the rest of the team as instrumental to this success.

Terry further pointed out that the award “Serves as a validation of our strenuous efforts and remarkable sales achievements during the 2022/2023 financial year.”

The pinnacle of their achievements include the successful sale of Hillarys Shopping Centre (110 Flinders Drive, Hillarys) to a Hawaiian buyer for $34.2 million, and the remarkable $32 million transaction involving the sale of a substantial estate situated in Canning Vale, by Anthony Vulinovich, a fellow director of Terry Menage at Raine & Horne Commercial WA, underscoring the team's collective expertise and success in the field.
