Anthony Spinella

With over 25 years’ experience in Property, Anthony Spinella is one of the state’s leading Commercial Property Directors.

He has managed Commercial, Retail and Industrial properties of varying size and nature for a variety of private and institutional investors. Anthony has in-depth knowledge and experience of local market conditions and trends. Some of the clients that Anthony has previously represented include GE, Primewest Commercial, AMP Capital, FESA Superannuation, Westpac, Zorzi Group and Colonial.

 Anthony has been a Director of JLL and NSC Commercial. Whilst managing a portfolio, Anthony was also Head of the Management Department at both JLL and NSC Commercial where he was responsible for Financial Control and oversaw the activities of the department and all team members. Anthony also ran and operated his own Real Estate Agency - CNI Commercial for 11 years.

 Anthony’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing, a Diploma in Business Real Estate, and he currently holds a Triennial Certificate. Anthony is a member of the Property Council of Australia and REIWA and sat on the Commercial Property Management committee of the Property Council of Australia.
