Matthew joined Raine & Horne Commercial in 2009 and contiunes to impress with his tenacious ability to pursue and close a deal. In 2019 he was promoted to Associate Director - Commercial Sales & Leasing.

He is hard working, energetic and has a sound understanding of the fundamentals of commercial sales and leasing.

He specialises in office sales & leasing in Subiaco, West Perth, Leederville, Osborne Park and Stirling, as well as other regional and fringe city office locations. He has been responsible for undertaking a large volume of office leasing transactions in these areas and has a good working knowledge of office rents. 

Notable instructions and clients include Pacific Finance, First One Developments, Private Investors, Fairweather & Sons Builders, Tamram Property Consultants, Alcock Brown Neaves (ABN) Group and Westgate Property Investments.

When not working, Matt can be found playing cricket, football, golf or hanging out off the back of a boat at Rottnest.
