Terry Menage is the Director of Commercial Agency at Raine & Horne Commercial WA and a career property professional with over twenty-five years experience in commercial / industrial property. He was predominately active in the Northern Corridor of the Perth industrial market in sales and leasing for Colliers International and Chesterton International where he was employed at a senior level for over thirteen years.

Terry is now primarily responsible for the sales and leasing activities in the agency.

Terry has overseen the sustained and long term organic growth of the Raine & Horne Commercial business into what is now one of the recognised industrial property agencies,  for locally based WA clients, in the State.
