Strathalbyn powerhouse dominates South Australian real estate awards

Raine & Horne Strathalbyn, led by the dynamic trio of Nick Grosvenor, Brendan Saunders, and award-winning rural specialist Paul Clifford has reaffirmed its position as a leader in the South Australian real estate market. 

The team secured the prestigious Number 1 Top Office spot at the Raine & Horne Awards for Excellence in SA, winning both the Number of Sales Transactions and Sales Dollar Value categories.

Secret to success

Mr Grosvenor, acknowledged as the Top Principal for Number of Sales Transactions, attributes the success of his office to the proactive approach, individual drive, and future-focused mindset of the team. Mr Grosvenor also placed second behind Mr Clifford, who is also the principal of Raine & Horne Rural SA in the Top Principal for Sales Dollar Value category.

Mr Clifford, recognised by Raine & Horne in South Australia as the number Top Principal for Sales Dollar Value and Top Salesperson with the Highest Transaction, sets himself apart through a combination of a disciplined mindset, physical fitness, and relentless pursuit of his goals.  

Mr Clifford’s recent standout sale of Malleebrae, a property on three freehold titles over 337 hectares at 219 Skewes Road, Goolwa[i], for $7.8 million, showcased the ace agent’s ability to handle unique properties and successful campaigns.
